Start with the end use
State the product application, converting method and performance priorities. A carton liner, a shopping bag and a laminating base may all use kraft paper, but they need different balance between strength, stiffness, surface and runnability.
Specify measurable properties
Include target GSM with tolerance, roll or sheet size, core ID, moisture expectations and the key properties that affect your process. If tensile or burst strength matters, identify the test method and direction so quotations are comparable.
Make the request delivery-ready
Add quantity, packing requirements, destination port and any sampling or trial-order needs. These details help a supplier select a realistic supply route and prepare an export-ready offer.
